Return & Refund Policy – Yusra Cart

At Yusra Cart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Used products

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Your Name

  • Clear photos or videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once we review your request, we will inform you of the next steps.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

5. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return if your order meets the eligibility conditions mentioned above.
